1. Registration and Payment

• Course fees must be paid in full to secure your spot.

• Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes.

• Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.

• Refund requests are processed within 10 business days.

3. Participant Responsibilities

To ensure a positive learning environment, participants must:

• Arrive on time and actively participate in sessions.

• Respect instructors, fellow participants, and materials provided.

• Follow safety instructions when handling floristry tools.

4. Intellectual Property

• All course materials and floral designs are the intellectual property of Floral Harmony.

• Reproduction or distribution of course content without permission is prohibited.

• Creations made during the course belong to the participant.

5. Limitation of Liability

Floral Harmony is not liable for:

• Injuries resulting from misuse of tools or materials.

• Loss or damage to personal belongings during sessions.

• Disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated through our website or email.
